Set by the building's property management — they apply to all residents.

  • No pets allowed
  • Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM
  • Washing machine use 9 AM – 9 PM
  • Balcony not for storage or clothes drying
  • Keep common areas (walkways, stairs, lifts) clear
  • Rubbish in bags, to the designated area
  • Children supervised at all times — no lifeguard at the pool
  • Working from home is fine; running a business from the apartment is not
  • Only regulated gas bottles (no green 3 kg bottles)
  • Parking in designated areas only — no guest parking
